Brook Farm
We are a top class competition, training and livery yard based in Stapleford Abbotts, Essex. We host a range of clinics, events and shows, including affiliated and unaffiliated show jumping, dressage and showing. Our facilities include an all weather surfaced arena measuring 85m x 75m, an indoor school 50m x 30m, a covered 60m x 20m outdoor school and a full set of approved show jumps, all of which are available for hire either hourly or for the day.
We are outside of the ULEZ and LEZ.

The dates for our 2026 unaffiliated championships are:
Combined training - Saturday, 7 November
Dressage - Sunday, 8th November
Any competitors scoring 58%+ in their dressage tests between November 2025 to the date of the champs will qualify for this fabulous annual competition!

We are not in the ULEZ zone
Competitors travelling from the North (eg turning left into our entrance) there is no change (travelling from Abridge or Ongar).
Competitors travelling from the South (eg turning right into our entrance) please click here for routes to Brook Farm where you willl not be in the ULEZ zone.
We strongly reccomend you check routes before you travel.
Our fantastic oudoor arena (see below) is now available for individual hire; £20 per half hour for 1 horse/pony. To book go to on-line entries at the top of page.
Cancellation Fees:
For school hire or clinics 48 hours cancellation notice is required in advance of hire date. No refunds will be given. A transfer date will be offered. If less than 48 hours is given and no transfer date is booked then the hire fee will be forfeited.
Please Note: If you hire our venue and bring your own instructor, please ensure they have adequate insurance cover
Arenas are available with/without show jumps. Private hire £20 per hour includes two horses, extra horse £10 per hour per horse. If needed lights £10 per hour. £10 non-refundable booking fee required. The arenas and full facilities are also available for a whole days hire to Riding Clubs, Associations and Dog Shows.
